FROM THE EAST: Download Direction Card

Long Island Expressway to Exit 16 (Hunters Point Avenue / Greenpoint Avenue), proceed straight to Greenpoint Avenue, bearing to your left, and make a left turn onto Greenpoint Avenue. Bantry Bay is located approx. one quarter mile up on your right. (Two blocks south of the LIE)

FROM THE WEST (MANHATTAN): Download Direction Card

Midtown Tunnel - Once in tunnel, stay to your right. Pay toll at the extreme right side and then immediately exit the highway on the right. Make a quick left onto Borden Avenue and take Borden Avenue approximately one mile to Van Dam Street. Make a right turn onto Van Dam Street. Go one block and make a left turn onto Bradley Avenue. Take Bradley Ave two blocks to Greenpoint Avenue. Make a left onto Greenpoint Avenue. Bantry Bay is on the corner of Greenpoint Avenue and Bradley Avenue.

FROM THE NORTH: Download Direction Card

George Washington Bridge - Take the Major Deegan or Harlem River Drive to the Triboro Bridge. Once over the Triboro Bridge, stay in the right lane and take I-278 West (BQE) Exit 4. Stay on BQE for approximately 3 miles and take the I-495, exit 35, to Midtown Tunnel/Eastern Long Island/ Greenpoint Avenue. Once you exit the BQE, stay to your left and make a left turn onto Greenpoint Ave. Bantry Bay is 2 blocks ahead on your right.

BROOKLYN & STATEN ISLAND: Download Direction Card

BQE to Maguinness / Humboldt Exit. Stay left on exit ramp and proceed north on Maguinness for less than a mile to Greenpoint Avenue. Make a right onto Greenpoint Avenue and once you pass over the Greenpoint Bridge stay on Greenpoint Avenue for 3 blocks and Bantry Bay is on the left at the corner of Bradley Avenue.
